Returns and Refunds

To ensure the freshness, and the nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or changes for orders after  48  hours from the time of purchase.

Once your order has been placed, paid, and confirmed we will send a message via text to your preferred number- we encourage our customers to make sure that your order is correct before leaving the pick up location 

All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our store. We are not responsible for any damage to our product any time thereafter. 

Taho is perishable and fragile so we  ensure to provide each order with instructions for proper handling and storage. Please read the instructions on top of each Taho tub you order.

To be eligible for a full refunds please provide a picture of your order within 24hrs of your order.
